This roster reflects the Genesis-Live universe. What the site verifies itself is bounded, and the Evidence panel states the bound exactly: the world state is resumed from the observer’s own checkpoint and re-hashed against the hash the observer publishes for it, and every event after that checkpoint is re-hashed against the run’s chain here. Nothing reads LIVE without that; a STALE or SYNCING run still shows the last verified population, labeled as such. Only when the observer cannot be reached at all does this page fall back to a labeled simulation of the laboratory’s working structure — every figure derived from that fallback carries an [SIM] mark.
