An independent AI-first R&D laboratory
StudyLabPro is a living artificial-intelligence laboratory: agent-native runtimes, knowledge graphs, the adaptive learning platform behind StudyNinja, and numerical foundations — research that ships to production.
What this is
StudyLabPro runs a small number of research directions — agent-native runtimes, living knowledge models, adaptive mastery, numerical foundations, and a theoretical track — and a small number of systems that carry them: from a production learning platform to an MIT-licensed agent runtime.
This site is built as the laboratory itself, not as a brochure about it. Its counters are computed from the same registries the lab works from, its knowledge map is the lab’s actual public map, and its ambient agent layer shows the real, model-backed NanoAgent population whenever the site’s own verification of the observer’s hash chain succeeds — falling back to a labeled simulation of the same working structure when it doesn’t.
Operating principles
How the laboratory works
- 01
Research ships to production
Directions are judged inside StudyNinja, with real users — not in demos. A model that only works on a benchmark does not survive here.
- 02
Knowledge is a connected model
Documents pile up; meaning does not. We represent domains as graphs — entities, relations, provenance — that update as the domain moves.
- 03
Agents are first-class users
Software shaped for humans caps agent autonomy. We build runtimes where agents negotiate, own resources and organize — and release the open parts under MIT.
- 04
Claims must be falsifiable
Even the theoretical track runs on a registry of experiments with automated tests over its claims. A claim that cannot fail does not leave the building.
- 05
What we have not published stays undisclosed — and we say so
Mechanisms the laboratory has not published are described publicly at the level of purpose and observable properties. We state the boundary openly rather than hide it.
