Logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for technical and information-security purposes, subject to infrastructure settings and legal obligations.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
No optional analytics or marketing tracker is currently configured or loaded by the website.
The website may use strictly necessary storage to provide requested functionality or remember a visitor's privacy choice. Optional analytics or marketing technologies must remain off unless the visitor has actively consented to the relevant category.
If optional technologies are introduced, the available categories may include necessary, analytics and marketing technologies. Refusing optional categories must not prevent access to the website's primary public content.
7. Possible future analytics and marketing services
StudyLabPro may in the future evaluate services such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica or advertising-platform pixels. These services are not currently configured or loaded.
Before any such service is activated, the website must identify the relevant category, provide an affirmative consent choice where required, keep the service disabled without that consent, and update this Policy to reflect the actual configuration.
StudyLabPro will not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, payment details or other directly identifying contact information to analytics or advertising services. Session replay, User-ID, detailed location tracking and transmission of contact data to analytics are not intended uses.

Website hosting, infrastructure and communication providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. If analytics or marketing providers are introduced with consent, they may also process technical identifiers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Some providers may use infrastructure outside the Republic of Azerbaijan. This can involve cross-border processing. Any consent-gated service must be configured and used with regard to applicable legal requirements and the visitor's recorded privacy choice.
9. Consent management
If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, visitors must be able to accept or reject them by category before they load and to change the choice later through website privacy settings or browser controls.
Silence, continued browsing or failure to change browser settings is not treated by StudyLabPro as affirmative consent to optional analytics or marketing technologies.
10. Retention
StudyLabPro seeks not to retain information longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, applicable security needs and legal obligations.
Direct correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain necessary operational or security records, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
If a third-party service is introduced, its retention period will also depend on the actual service configuration and provider policy. Settings should use the shortest reasonable retention period for the stated purpose.
